Returns of Unwanted Goods

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before returning your item, please email us at laura@welovecoffee.co to notify us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping option or purchasing shipping insurance, and also keep your proof of postage. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect any and all goods before signing for delivery. If your goods arrive damaged please sign for them as damaged. If your items are defective or damaged please let us know within 24 hours by emailing us at laura@welovecoffee.co and return them to: We Love Coffee Ltd, 83 Carron Place, East Kilbride, G75 0YL. Once your item has been inspected we will notify you that we have received them and will inspect them. If accepted, we will then offer you a full refund or replacement.

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please see above information on defective or damaged goods.
